On 12/09/25 at 8:34 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mario Caro conducted an Unannounced Continued Complaint Investigation and met with Director Chelsea Royalty. During the visit there were 8 additional staff and 25 children in care. During today's visit LPA observed the facility, reviewed record, conducted interviews, and Delivered findings.

An allegation was made that staff are not preventing day care children from harming other day care children. Based on interviews and observation obtained throughout the investigation it was determined staff are stationed in close proximity to children and intervene as soon as a conflict is observed. The allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Finding was delivered. Exit interview conducted and report was provided to Director Chelsea Royalty.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED, AND MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
