On February 18, 2025 at 9:00am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Indira Loza and Dana Santiago arrived at the facility for an unannounced visit as a direct result of an Unusual Incident Report received in the Oakland Regional Office on February 12, 2025. LPAs met with Site Administrator Lawrence Gotanco and Director for Early Childhood for the Oakland Unified School District, Caroline Jones. LPAs conducted a tour for a health and safety check. There were 21 children and 8 staff present.

During today's visit LPAs conducted staff and children interviews. There were no deficiencies cited during today's visit.
