25 | On November 14, 2025, at 8:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods conducted an unannounced Annual/Random Inspection and met with licensee Lidiette Trejos. LPA disclosed the purpose of the visit and conducted a health and safety inspection, touring the facility inside and outside. Present during the inspection were three children in care, including one infant. The facility operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
On-limit areas include:
Living room, dining room, kitchen, child care room and bathroom, backyard, and deck.
Isolation area:
The living room area, away from other children in care.
Off-limit areas include:
Entire second level of the home, right and left side yards, and the shed in the backyard. Off-limit areas are made inaccessible by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision.
This two story home, owned by the licensee, consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and dining room, kitchen, child care room, backyard, and an attached two car garage. The home was observed to be clean, orderly, and equipped with central heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. There is a gate at the entrance of the child care room to prevent children from accessing other areas of the home without licensee supervision. The fireplace located in the living room is properly screened/blocked to prevent access by children.
