On July 28th, 2023 at approximately 2:30pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright met with Lead Teacher Hailey Rowe for an Unannounced Case Management visit. LPA toured the facility for a health and safety inspection. Present during the inspection 29 children and 5 staff personnel. Director Payton McQuillan was on vacation at time of visit but Director Shiwanee Patankar is present at the facility today. Director Patankar was not present the day of the July 14th incident.

On July 14th, 2023, Director Payton McQuillan called CCLD to report that parent Antanisha Williams came to the center regarding an email that she received about her son's Noah attendance and used "foul" and "explicit " language in front of all the children and staff that were present that day. There were 37 children and 5 staff present the day of the incident. Noah was not present at the time of the incident. Parent was upset about emails received regarding the days child Noah was absent from the program. Director called in and sent LIC 624 to detail the incident that occurred.

Lead Teacher Hailey Rowe informed LPA that they have not had any occurrences or incidents since July 14th. Parent Antanisha Williams has not come to the center or made any contact with director or staff since the day of the incident. Director terminated family from the facility immediately and are no longer allowed to enroll in YMCA centers going forward.

A police report was filed with Fremont Police Department #P23081327 by Director McQuillan immediately after the incident occurred.

No deficiencies were cited during today's visit.
