25 | On October 29, 2025, at 3:05 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods conducted an unannounced annual/random inspection and met with licensee Victoria Lenz. LPA disclosed the purpose of the visit and conducted a health and safety inspection, touring the facility both inside and outside. Present during the inspection were two school age children. The facility operates Monday through Friday, from 4:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
This single-story home, owned by the licensee, consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a playroom, dining room, family room, kitchen, backyard, and attached garage. The home was observed to be clean, orderly, and equipped with central heating, air conditioning, and proper ventilation to ensure the safety and comfort of children in care. There were no pools, hot tubs, or other bodies of water observed in the on-limit areas of the home.
LPA asked the licensee if she provides transportation for children in care, and the licensee stated that she does. The licensee provided LPA with a copy of her current California Driver’s License. When asked about firearms, the licensee stated that there are none in the home.
On-limit-areas include: Playroom, family room, dining room, both bathrooms (one near family room), one in hallway (main)
The Isolation area of the home is the living room area, away from other children in care.
Off-limit-areas include: Rear Yard (off limits due to remodeling), backyard deck off the bedroom, two car garage, and all 4 bedrooms.
The off-limits will be made inaccessible by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision.
