The facility shares the play yard with Millard Elementary School on a staggered schedule. A waiver for the outdoor space was posted. There are two anchored play/climbing structures with sufficient cushioned material to absorb a fall. Center has building over hang to provide shade while children are at play. There are no pools, hot tubs or other accessible bodies of water during today's inspection.
All individuals subject to criminal record review have a clearance or exemption and have been associated to the facility. A sample of 5 children's files and staff files were reviewed. LPA reviewed the facility roster and a copy was obtained. At least one opening and one closing staff have current required Mandated Reporter Training and CPR and First Aid certificates on file. The center is in compliance with the sign in and out procedures. Disaster drills are conducted and recorded on a monthly basis with the last recorded drill recorded on 1/15/26. All required documents were posted near the entrance and available for public access.
