25 | On 1/8/2025 at 9:15AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaleesa Jackson arrived at for an Unannounced Annual/Random Inspection and met with Licensee Renee Dangler. LPA informed Licensee of the nature of the visit and was granted entry into the home. Present for this inspection was the Licensee, Licensees fingerprint cleared assistant, 7 preschool aged children, and 3 infants. Also residing in the home is the Licensee's fingerprint clear husband. The home was toured with the licensee to conduct a health and safety inspection. Hours of operation for day care are Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 4:30PM.
ON LIMITS: Converted Garage, Kitchen, Family Room, Bedroom #1, Bedroom #2, Bedroom #3, Hallway Bathroom, and the Side Yard.
OFF LIMITS: Master Bedroom/Bath and Backyard
The home is a single story home owned by the Licensee. The home has heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. There were age appropriate toys that were observed to be safe and in good condition. During today's inspection all toxins, medicines, and hazardous items were inaccessible. There is a fully charged fire extinguisher, working smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and telephone in the home. Licensee stated that there are no firearms and no one who smokes at the home. Licensee stated she has 3 dogs that are kept in an off limits areas. LPA observed a covered hot tub in the off limits backyard. The backyard has several locks and an alarm if the door opens. The facility provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks to children. All children that bring their own snacks and lunches from home are properly labeled and stored.
LPA reviewed 10 children's files. Licensee and her assistants CPR and First Aid are current and expires 02/24/2026. Licensee and her assistants mandated reporter training are current and expires 10/23/2026 and 11/14/2025. Disaster drills are conducted at least every six months. The last drill was conducted 12/16/2024. All required documents are posted.
