On 04/12/2023 at 10:38AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ashley Curry arrived at the facility to conduct a case management visit to inspect the new restrooms used by children. At 11:00AM LPA met with the head teacher, Lottie lynch, to explain the purpose of today's visit. LPA inspected two bathrooms that are only used by day care children. The girls bathroom has one sink and one toilet. The boys bathroom has one sink, one toilet, and one urinal, which is inoperable. The restrooms are located across the play yard. The toilets and sinks are in safe and sanitary operating conditions. Since the urinal is inoperable, staff was advised to ensure the children in care do not have access to it.

No deficiencies are being cited.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with head teacher Lottie Lynch.
