On April 6th, 2023, at approximately 11:50am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright, met with Center Director Diana Tostado for an unannounced Complaint follow up inspection. The purpose of the visit is to deliver the complaint investigation findings. Allegation being Personal Rights. LPA conducted a Health & Safety inspection of the facility. Present during the inspection were 105 preschool children and 17 staff personnel which included the Director. All staff present today have a fingerprint clearance.

During the course of the investigation, LPA Wright, conducted interviews with facility personnel staff and reviewed supporting documents/reports submitted with the complaint.

The Complaint alleges a child’s Personal Right’s were violated – Daycare child was inappropriately touched while in care.This agency has investigated this complaint. Based on LPA interviews which were conducted and documents/reports reviewed, and the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Exit interview was conducted, Report read and Appeal Rights were presented to the Director Diana Tostado.
