Upon record review it was discovered that licensee Paula Hampton and assistant did not have current mandated reporter training certificates and updated CPR/First Aid certificates. Licensee and assistant were reminded that both training certificates are due to be renewed every 2 years. LPA provided technical violation as a warning for licensee and assistant. Licensee advises she and assistant will complete both trainings and submit to licensing.
The last documented fire drill was conducted on 9/23/23. LPA observed all of the required forms posted. LPA reviewed children's files, staff files and obtained a copy of the current roster.
