25 | On March 12, 2026, at 1:58 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Miranda met with licensee Maria Soria Alcazar for the purpose of conducting an unannounced annual inspection for compliance to health and safety. Living in the home is the licensee, licensee’s two adult daughters (fingerprint cleared), licensee’s adult son-in-law (fingerprint cleared), and two grandchildren (ages 12 and 4). Present for today’s inspection was the licensee, licensee's two-adult daughters, adult son-in-law, two infants, and 4 preschool age children. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Maximum capacity: 12 (When there is an assistant present), no more than 4 infants. Cap 14 - no more than 3 infants. 1 child in Kindergarten or Elementary School and 1 child at least age 6.
The facility is a two-story home with 5-bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, front yard, backyard, and an attached 2-car garage.
ON LIMIT AREAS: Living room (child care area), dining room, family room (day care area), main bathroom at the end of the hallway, and child care eating area (adjacent to the kitchen).
OFF LIMIT AREAS: All bedrooms, kitchen, entire upstairs level (access behind a closed door), backyard patio with shed, front yard, and attached 2-car garage.
ISOLATION AREA: Living room area. When a child shows signs of illness, they will be separated from other children in care.
