On September 5, 2024 at 8:55am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Licensee/Director Maureen Vasquez to continue the complaint investigation for the allegation listed above. Present during today's visit were 83 preschoolers and 16 fingerprint cleared staff. LPA toured the facility for a Health and Safety check.

During the course of the investigation LPA conducted observations, parent, child, and staff interviews, and reviewed records. Staff interviews stated they do not touch children inappropriately and have not seen other staff touch the children inappropriately. Parent interviews stated they have not seen the staff inappropriately touch the children. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore this complaint in UNSUBSTANTIATED.
