Licensing Program Analyst Lisa Dyer met with Director Betty McGhee and Supervisor Maria Fortanel for a case management visit regarding Lead Sampling Results. LPA toured the facility for a health and safety inspection.

As a result of this visit, there are no deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted.
