On 07/07/2023 at 12:15PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), A. Curry conducted an announced Case Management visit. LPA met with the campus coordinator, Alejandra Barajas to explain the purpose of today's visit. LPA was notified on 06/06/2023 that there was a change of child care director at the facility. The new director, Talia Romero, did not complete the required certifications or submit all the required documents needed for a new director within 30 days of employment (See 809D). The director is still in the process of submitting required documentation. The director was previously advised that the facility must appoint another staff, who is director qualified, to act in Talia Romero's place until all required documentation is submitted to Licensing.

Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with the campus coordinator, Alejandra Barajas.
