On 12/01/2023 at 1:35 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), A. Curry and B. Crass conducted an unannounced complaint inspection. LPA met with the Director of Student Learning, Dr. Rebecca Hawley, to discuss the above allegation. LPA made observations, retrieved documentation, and conducted interviews with staff. Based on the information gathered through interviews, it could not be determined a child was not changed in a timely manner. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. This allegation is Unsubstantiated.


Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with Dr. Rebecca Hawley.
