On 4/2/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Jaleesa Jackson met with Director Alee Capps to deliver the finding of a complaint filed against the Child Care Center (CCC) regarding the allegation staff made an inappropiate comment to child. Present for the inspection were the 52 preschool aged children and 12 staff.

Based on interviews conducted and observations, the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted. Appeal rights were discussed and provided.
