On 4/15/2025 at 9:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaleesa Jackson met with Director Alee Capps to deliver the finding of an complaint filed against Child Care Center regarding the allegation that staff left children unsupervised in the restroom. Present during the inspection were 8 staff, 45 preschool aged children, and 2 toddlers.

LPA observed 2 children without visual supervision from the staff in the Tiger room. The staff were present on the other side of the classroom but did not have visual supervision. Director informed staff that visual supervison is needed.

The allegation staff left children unsupervised in the restroom has been SUBSTANTIATED. Based on LPA's observations, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. See 9099-D for deficiency.
