25 | On November 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods conducted an unannounced annual/random inspection and met with licensee Noreen Danish Adam. LPA disclosed the purpose of the visit and conducted a comprehensive health and safety inspection, touring both the interior and exterior of the facility. Present during the inspection were the licensee’s fingerprint-cleared husband, the licensee’s 16-year-old daughter, and one preschool-age child. The facility operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This single-story home, owned by the licensee, consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, family room, kitchen, front yard, back yard, and a garage. The home was observed to be clean, orderly, and equipped with central heating, air conditioning, and proper ventilation for safety and comfort.
On-limit areas:
- Living room
- Second bedroom located on the left side of the hallway
- Front yard
- Hallway bathroom
The isolation area for ill children is the living room, away from other children in care.
Off-limit areas:
- Three bedrooms
- Kitchen/family room
- Garage
Off-limit areas will be made inaccessible through the use of closed and/or locked doors and by ensuring continuous visual supervision.
At 2:20 PM, LPA inspected the front-yard area and confirmed that no pools, hot tubs, or other bodies of water were present, in compliance with child care licensing regulations. The outdoor play area is fully fenced and free from hazards or dangerous conditions. The play area includes small slides with cushioning material underneath to absorb falls, as well as age-appropriate play equipment. The front-yard play area is fenced and secured with a locked gate. The licensee is aware that when children are playing in the front yard, 100% visual supervision is required at all times.
See 809-C for continuance.
