25 | On May 5, 2022 at approximately 3:10pm, LPA Haderer arrived and met with Center Director assistant Miss Hazel Meregillano. Regular site director was out of the facility when LPA arrived. On arrival there were 6 staff and 36 children in care.
LPA was here to to confirm the expired foods had been removed from the emergency yellow bin outside near the western door of the building (photos emailed back on April 25, 2022 were not clear). LPA examined the bin and all expired foods had been removed and disposed of.
The deficiency is formally cleared this day, deficiency clearance date: 4/25/2022.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the assistant site director Hazel Meregillano.
