On 5/04/22 at 11:45AM, Regional Manger (RM) Diane Perez and Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Indira Loza, Catherine Fernandes and Melissa Domantay arrived to the facility on an unannounced POC visit to clear the deficiencies that were previously cited. LPAs and RM met with Owner/Director Renata Zimany.

Present for the inspection were 16 infants and seven staff. LPAs reviewed all corrections and cleared the citations.
