On 5/4/22, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Melissa Domantay, Catherine Fernandes, Indira Loza, and regional manager, Diane Perez conducted an unannounced case management inspection due to inspecting infant crib room. LPAs met with Director/Owner, Renata Zimany. LPAs observed 7 staff and 16 infants in care. LPAs inspected the infant center to ensure the Health and Safety of children in care.

During today's inspection LPAs observed infant crib room. Maximum 5 cribs will remain the same as previously licensed for crib aged infants. Director is reminded that a staff member shall remain inside the crib room while infants are napping. There will be no changes to the number of cribs facility is licensed for.

Exit interview conducted. A copy of report and appeal rights provided to Director/Owner, Renata Zimany.
