On August 24, 2023 at approximately 9:00AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Chandra Charles arrived to the facility unannounced to conclude an investigation into the above allegation. Upon arrival LPA and LPM was allowed in by the facility representative, Lindsay Clow present during the visit were twenty-four (24) preschool children and ten (10) additional staff members. LPA informed the facility representative of the reason for visit and toured the facility.

Based on the interviews, documents and observations conducted, this agency has investigated the complaint and the LPA determined that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted with Lindsay Clow. Appeal Rights Provided and Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for a period of 30 days. Exit interview and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Lindsay Clow.
