On 11/30/23 at 9:05am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ashley Akinleye arrived at Turdorka Tots Infant and Preschool Center : Preschool Program for a Case Management Visit.

Per last visit a deficiency for repair of playstructure and to remove all hazardous materials was cited.

Center Director provided pictures via email to show that the repair had been completed.

LPA cleared deficiency by visit, observing that the playstructure is now repaired and in good condition. LPA also observed that the playstructure is now free of hazardous materials.

Exit interview conducted with Nancy Garcia.

Appeals Rights and a Notice of Site Visit was provided to designee Nancy Garcia to post for 30 consecutive days.
