On 12/05/25 at 8:30 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mario Caro conducted an Unannounced Continued Complaint Investigation and met with Director Renata Zimany. During the visit there were 4 staff and 18 children in care. During today's visit LPA observed the facility, reviewed records, conducted interviews, and Delivered findings.

An allegation was made that the facility is Co mingling infants and preschoolers. Interviews and LPA observation on a holiday indicated that the facility was commingling infants and preschoolers on certain holidays as an extra service. The preponderance of evidence standard has been met. Therefore, the allegation is SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulation 101161(a), Title 22, Division 12 is being cited on a 9099-D page on a separate report on the Infant component dated 12/05/25, License number 013419485. Finding was delivered. Exit interview conducted, report was reviewed and provided to Director Renata Zimany.

On 12/05/25 at 8:30 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mario Caro conducted an Unannounced Continued Complaint Investigation and met with Director Renata Zimany . During the visit there were 4 staff and 18 children in care. During today's visit LPA observed the facility, reviewed records, conducted interviews, and Delivered findings.

An allegation was made that the facilities kitchen and bathroom areas are filthy and contain rodent droppings. Based on interviews and observation obtained throughout the investigation it was determined the facility cleans on a consistent bases, has rodent traps set around the facility and utilizes a pest control service. The allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Finding was delivered. Exit interview conducted and report was provided to Director Renata Zimany.
