On January 15, 2025 at 2:40pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Facility Representative Daiad Aljaili to conduct a Required - 3 Year annual inspection. Present during today's visit were 15 preschoolers, 4 fingerprint cleared staff, and one intern from UC Berkeley. The teacher/child ratio was being met today. The center was toured for a health and safety check.

Due to time constraints the annual inspection will be continued at a later date.

Exit interview conducted.
Report Appeal Rights were reviewed with Facility Representative Daiad Aljaili.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
