 On 07/02/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Ashley Hollinger and Dana Santiago conducted an Unannounced Subsequent Complaint Investigation at Pear Tree Preschool. LPAs observed 10 preschoolers in care. LPAs met with Director, Maria A. "Araceli" De Anda and explained the purpose of the investigation. The finding for the above allegation was delivered during the inspection to which the Complainant alleges that staff are not providing adequate food service to day care children. During the investigation, LPA inspected the facility, conducted interviews with staff and parents and reviewed records. It was determined that this allegation may or may not have occurred. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation.

Exit interview was conducted with Director, Maria A. "Araceli" De Anda and appeal rights were provided.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
