On 03/18/2024 at 10:00am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Christina Uribe & Lorraine Dacanay-Breaux conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of investigating a complaint regarding the above allegation of a personal rights violation and met with facility representative, Falguni Buddhdev. Also present at the time of today’s inspection are 12 staff and 87 children.

This agency has investigated the complaint alleging that staff hit daycare children. LPA Uribe obtained relevant documents, conducted interviews, and made observations. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Report was reviewed and a notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted with facility representative, Falguni Buddhdev.
