On August 26, 2024, at approximately 10:30 AM License Program Analysts (LPAs) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux visited for an unannounced Case management - Required/Continual Required visits/inspection and met with Director, Nicole Custino. This required visit is due to a non-compliance meeting held on June 23, 2023, facility is on required visit for one year. Present for today's visit was assistant director, Falguni Buddhdev and 12 additional staff members. There were 62 preschool age children in care. LPA Breaux reviewed and obtained a copy of the facility roster and children's roster. A tour of the facility was completed for heath and safety inside and outside. Hours of operation is Monday - Friday from 06:30 AM - 6:00 PM. This facility has a infant component facility #013421389.

LPA Breaux toured four (4) preschool/pre-K classrooms with the director, N. Custino. There are adequate play and learning materials available. The floors, furniture, and equipment are age appropriate and in good repair. There is adequate heating/air conditioning, ventilation and lighting. The diaper changing tables were clean and in good repair.

Director N. Custino confirmed that the facility does not provide transportation and confirmed there are no pools, bodies of water during today's visit.

LPA Breaux reminded facility representative that the facility is on required visits for one year and with continual required visits. LPA asked director if there were any new hires for this component, director confirmed no new hires since the last visit.

There are no deficiencies cited today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director, Nicole Custino.
