Licensing Program Analyst Sidney Cortez, met with licensee Valerie Robinson for an Unannounced Annual Random Inspection. Present for this visit was the licensee Valerie Robinson, are 5 school age children. The home was toured to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection.

The facility currently operates from 7:00AM until 5:30 PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY. The On Limit areas used for the childcare are the facility consisting the living room, dining room/office, play room (that was converted from a garage), one bathroom and back yard. Off-limits areas: entire upstairs area which includes (four (4) bedrooms, and two bathrooms), downstairs kitchen and front yard. Isolation area: is the blue chair (part of the living room). All hazardous materials and toxins are kept out of the reach of children.


The home has a fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher, working smoke detector, working carbon monoxide detector, working telephone.Licensee also has a current CPR and First Aid certificate which is valid until August 2025. The licensee is in compliance with new immunization laws which pertain to day care providers. Per licensee there is no firearms in the home. The licensee's mandated reporter training is current and expires June, 2026. The licensee conducts and documents fire and disaster drills twice a year with the last one conducted in May 2024.

2 Children files were reviewed, facility roster reviewed and copy obtained. The licensee is in ratio today. All REQUIRED forms are posted and visible for public review.
