25 | On September 24, 2025, at 3:25 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods conducted an unannounced Annual/Random Inspection and met with licensee, Yangjin Lin. LPA disclosed the purpose of the visit and conducted a health and safety inspection, touring the facility both inside and outside. Present during the inspection were the licensee’s fingerprint cleared assistant and daughter. Also present were nine children in care, consisting of six preschool-age children and three infants. The facility operates Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
This single-story home, owned by the licensee, consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard, and a detached one-car garage. The home was observed to be clean, orderly, and equipped with central heating and ventilation for safety and comfort.
At 3:35 PM, LPA inspected the backyard area and confirmed that no pools, hot tubs, or other bodies of water were present, in compliance with childcare licensing regulations. The outdoor play area is fully fenced and free from defects or dangerous conditions. Multiple sheds located in the backyard were observed to be off-limits to children in care. The backyard has several trees that provide shade, along with age-appropriate play equipment suitable for all children in care.
LPA asked the licensee if she transports children in care. The licensee stated she does not provide transportation. LPA also inquired about firearms, and the licensee stated there are no firearms or weapons of any kind in the home.
On-limit areas include: Bedroom #1, Bedroom #2, the master bedroom and master bathroom, living room, hallway bathroom, kitchen, and backyard.
The isolation area for children who become ill will be a section of the living room, away from other children in care.
Off-limit areas include: The garage and backyard sheds. These areas are made inaccessible to children through locked doors and/or visual supervision.
See LIC 809-C for continuation.
