On October 30th, 2024 at approximately 9:25am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) April Wright conducted an announced Case Management visit for a Room addition inspection. LPA met with Center Director Dan Kong and conducted an health and safety inspection. Present during the inspection were twenty-eight (28) preschool age children and seven (7) fingerprint cleared staff personnel. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Center Director submitted an Application for Room Addition on August 27th, 2024, requesting that Room 10 (Classroom in Wing 2 of the facility) be added to the day-care license with no increase in facilities current capacity. Center is currently licensed and operating in Rooms 11, 12, 13 and Wing 4 (located across from Wing 2 - Main day-care building). Room 10 is currently not in use but is completely set up for use pending capacity review. Facility has an additional play yard space waiver in place as of 2/11/2015 and fire clearance on file as of 4/20/2018.

Measurements for Room 10 are as follows: 901.47 Square feet = 25 children.

LPA reviewed files of staff and verified all staff present have eligible fingerprint clearance and all required licensing forms present in staff files including center director. Classroom has fully stocked first aid kit and 2 fully charged 3A40BC fire extinguishers located in the hallway.

Due to a conflict in the previous facility capacity measurements that were observed during this visit by the LPA, Room 10 could not be added at this time. LPA will return to the facility after managerial and CAB unit review to measure for accurate classroom space that could affect facilities current licensed capacity.
