On 04/18/2024 at 11:45 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), A. Curry conducted an unannounced case management inspection to follow up on a self-reported unusual incident that occurred with a parent. LPA met with the Site Principal, Mirsha Heredia, to explain the purpose of today's visit. LPA toured the facility, retrieved relevant documentation, and conducted interviews. The interviews revealed that the facility took appropriate measures by intervening immediately, issued a temporary Stay Away Order, contacted Oakland Police Department, and Child Protective Services. No deficiencies are being cited today.



Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report reviewed with the Lead Teacher, Mirsha Heredia.
