On September 26, 2025 at approximately 8:15 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Simerjit Kaur arrived to the facility unannounced to conduct an investigation into the above allegation. LPA met with Director Neelam Saini. Present during today's inspection were 6 staff members and no infant age children.

During the course of the investigation LPA observed classrooms, conducted interviews and record review. Based on observation, interviews conducted and record review, it cannot be proven or disproven that staff are not ensuring the classroom is clean and orderly. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated.
