On 4/9/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) D. Campos met with the Center Director Jenel Veligenti to conduct a Case Management inspection regarding a Technical Violation issued on 3/27/24 following a Case Management inspection conducted that day. Also present was City of Oakland Fire Inspector R. Lara. The facility was issued a technical violation CCR#101238(a) due to the exit door to the infant/toddler play yard not properly latching when closed which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Today 4/9/24, LPA observed the door closes and latches completely. Fire Inspector R. Lara who was also present during the inspection confirmed the door is properly latching.

The technical violation issued on 3/27/24 is corrected today as a result of this visit.
