On 2/18/2025 at 8:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Janai McClain met with Director Lori Miller-Smith for an Unannounced Annual/Random inspection. Present during the inspection were 9 preschool age children in care. The teacher/child ratio was met. There is an infant component attached to the center (License number 013423071). The center was toured for a health and safety inspection and operating hours are 7:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.

Due to time constraints this annual inspection will be continued at a later date.

Exit Interview conducted. Report and Appeal Rights provided to Director Lori Miller-Smith.
Notice of Site Visit provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
