On 04/29/22, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Melissa Guirit met with head teacher Chloe Charbonnier to conduct an announced case management inspection regarding the newly updated bathrooms. There are two separate bathrooms used for children. One bathroom has 3 sinks and 3 toilets and the other has 4 sinks and two toilets. There are a total of 7 sinks and 5 toilets available for children. All sinks and toilets are in working condition. LPA has updated the capacity sheet to reflect the update.

Exit interview conducted with head teacher, Chloe Charbonnier. A copy of this report and appeal rights provided. Notice of Site Visit provided to head teacher.
