On 06/15/23, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Melissa Guirit and Melissa Domantay arrived at the facility for a case management inspection to check the outdoor space that will be utilized by the infant component and toddler option that is part of the preschool component. LPAs met with licensee, Malyka Chop. Present for today's inspection were 8 children and 3 staff. A tour of the facility was conducted with licensee to ensure the Health and Safety of children in care.

The yard that will be utilized is the yard outside of the portable, which holds up to 8 children at any given time. A waiver request must be submitted to allow the two groups to use the space at different times.

No deficiencies being cited during today's inspection. Notice of Site Visit provided to Licensee, Malyka Chop. A copy of report provided and discussed with Licensee.
