A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
Prior to placing backyard as an on limit area for facility, licensee has complete the following:
1) Remove all plant sprays, cleaning products and sharp gardening tools from the backyard
2) Make backyard stairs inaccessible to children in care.
3) Replace swing cushions.
4) Made slide inaccessible to children in care.
LICENSEE CANNOT USE BACKYARD UNTIL LICENSING APPROVAL (COMPLETION OF PLAN OF CORRECTION). LICENSEE WILL HAVE UNTIL 10/25/2024 TO SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO LICENSING. FAILURE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS MAY RESULT IN A DELAY OF PLACING BACKYARD ON LIMIT.
During today's inspection, there were no violations observed.
Licensee left facility with children and assistant. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Esther Ocampo Rocha. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days. |
