25 | (1) On 9/2/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melanie Otsuji, met with Licensee, Sneha Singamsetti for an UNANNOUNCED REQUIRED 1-YEAR INSPECTION. Present during this visit was 1 infant aged child, 8 preschool aged children and 1 school age child and 2 fingerprint cleared assistants. The home was toured to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection. The facility currently operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:30pm.
The home is neat and clean with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. ON LIMIT AREAS: Day care room, Living Room, kitchen, bathroom off of hallway, daycare bed room, daycare office and fenced backyard. OFF LIMIT AREAS: Master bedroom/bathroom and Resident bedroom, and the garage. The off-limit area will be inaccessible by closed and/or locked doors. There are toys and learning equipment. There are no pools, hot tubs or any other bodies of water present in the on limit areas during the time of the inspection.
The home has a fully charged fire extinguisher, working smoke detector, working carbon monoxide detector, working telephone, and First Aid Kit. Licensee and assistants have the required immunization's. Per licensee, there are no firearms in the home. The licensee conducts and documents fire and disaster drills twice a year. Facility roster reviewed and copy obtained.
