25 | On 6/7/22 at 9:06am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Briana Plumboy conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection with Licensee Emma Chelaksaeva. Present for the inspection was 2 infants, 4 preschool age children, and 1 school age child. The home was toured with the licensee to conduct a health and safety inspection. Hours of operation for day care are Monday through Friday, from 7:00am until 6:00pm.
ON LIMITS: hallway bathroom, the last bedrooms on the left and right side of the hallway, the dining room, and the living room
OFF LIMITS: are the first bedroom on the right side of the hallway, laundry room, and master bedroom with master bathroom
The isolation area will be the bedroom at the end of the hallway on the right. There is a 3A40BC fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, pull down fire alarm, and smoke detector during today's inspection. Per licensee, there are no firearms in the home. There are no pets in the home. All required licensing documents are posted and visible for public review. The licensee's CPR and First Aid certificate is current and expires 4/11/23. The licensee's mandated reporter training is complete and she received a certification of completion on 4/23/21. Licensee is in compliance with the immunization law.
On 06/06/22, a fire clearance was granted to facility #015700238 by Alameda County Fire Department. All documents have been received for the increase of capacity application. The Licensee was reminded that an assistant is needed with a large family child care home license, and whenever an assistant is not present, the licensee will comply with the capacity requirements for a small family child care home.
