Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with interim Director Shubra Gupta and explained the purpose of the inspection. The interim director, eight fingerprint-cleared and associated staff members, and 48 children in care were present for today's visit.
Based on the interviews, observations, and record review, LPA found no instances of unqualified staff supervising children.The transcript and staffing plan were also thoroughly reviewed, leading to the conclusion that while the allegation may have occurred or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation. Therefore, the allegation is "Unsubstantiated."

Appeal Rights were given.

An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the Interim Director,Shubra Gupta.

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with interim Director Shubra Gupta and explained the purpose of the inspection. The interim director, eight fingerprint-cleared and associated staff members, and 48 children in care were present for today's visit.
Based on the interviews, observations, and record reviews, LPA observed that the facility adheres to the proper teacher-child ratio. Each classroom has fully qualified teachers assigned.This concludes that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is "Unsubstantiated."
