Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with Director Pallavi Parvataraju and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present during today’s visit, director and three (3) staff members supervising 13 children.
Based on information obtained through interviews with facility and parents, no one reported witnessing anyone yelling at the children. leading to the conclusion that while the allegation may have occurred or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation. Therefore, the allegation is "Unsubstantiated.
Appeal rights were provided.
An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with director, Pallavi Parvataraju.
A notice of site visit was posted and must remain posted for 30 days.

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with Director Pallavi Parvataraju and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present during today’s visit, director and three (3) staff members supervising 13 children.
Based on information obtained through interviews with facility staff, the facility stated that no one has ever witnessed a child being left unattended. The facility described an incident in which children were transitioning from the classroom to the playground while following the teacher; however, at no time were the children left alone. Interview with the facility also disclosed that the cameras were offline from 11/01/2025 through 11/04/2025 leading to the conclusion that while the allegation may have occurred or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation. Therefore, the allegation is "Unsubstantiated.
Appeal rights were provided.
An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with director, Pallavi Parvataraju.

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with Director Pallavi Parvataraju and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present during today’s visit, director and three (3) staff members supervising 13 children.
Based on information obtained through interviews with facility staff, no information was identified indicating that children were treated disrespectfully. The interviews did not reveal any evidence or observations suggesting disrespect toward the children leading to the conclusion that while the allegation may have occurred or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation. Therefore, the allegation is "Unsubstantiated.

LPA met with Director Pallavi Parvataraju and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present during today’s visit, director and three (3) staff members supervising 13 children.
Based on interviews with facility staff and a record review including the employee handbook, LPA was unable to determine whether the termination resulted from retaliation leading to the conclusion that while the allegation may have occurred or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation. Therefore, the allegation is "Unsubstantiated.
