On 06/27/2025, at 8:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Uribe conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of investigating a complaint for the above allegation of a personal rights violation. LPA met with director, Sarah Nasr. Present during the time of today’s inspection was 91 children and 9 staff.

This agency has investigated the complaint allegation that facility staff did not prevent inappropriate behaviors between children in care. During the course of the investigation, LPA Uribe conducted interviews and collected relevant documents. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Notice of Site Visit was given and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Sarah Nasr.

LPA met with director, Sarah Nasr. Present during the time of today’s inspection was 91 children and 9 staff.

This agency has investigated the complaint allegation that facility staff did not properly supervise day care children. During the course of the investigation, LPA Uribe conducted interviews and collected relevant documents. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
