25 | On 11/3/25 at 12:15pm, Licensing Program Analyst Briana Plumboy, met with licensee Liqing Li for an UNANNOUNCED ANNUAL INSPECTION AND CAPACITY INCREASE. Licensee's primary language is Chinese/Mandarin. Present for this visit was 1 infant in care. The home was toured to conduct a Health and Safety Inspection. The facility currently operates from 8:00am until 6:00pm.
On 10/30/25, a fire clearance was granted to facility #015701162 by Alameda County Fire Department. All documents have been received for the increase of capacity application. The Licensee was reminded that an assistant is needed with a large family child care home license, and whenever an assistant is not present, the licensee will comply with the capacity requirements for a small family child care home. FIRE CLEARANCE COMMENTS; “Fire clearance granted. 2nd floor and garage are off limits to children.”
The facility is a two story home consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, family room, attached garage, side yard, and backyard.
On-Limit Areas: downstairs bedroom, downstairs bathroom, family room, side yard and a portion of the backyard. Off-Limit Areas: 3 upstairs bedrooms, 2 upstairs bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, and garage
The outdoor play area is located in a portion of the licensee’s backyard which has artificial grass and a fence dividing it from the off limit areas of the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced. Previously, there was a pool located in the backyard, but it has been removed and the area is now a wooden deck. There are no bodies of water located on the premises of the childcare during today’s time of inspection. There are ample toys and learning materials that appear to be safe and in good condition.
