25 | On 2/21/2025 at 9:00am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle and met with Applicants Denisse and Jorge Argueta for an announced pre-licensing inspection for a change of location. Present during the inspection were the Applicants, their adult helper, seven (7) preschool age children, three (3) infants, and one (1) school age child. Applicants live in the home with their six (6) year old son. Applicant’s home was toured for a health and safety inspection. The facility operates 5:00am – 10:00pm, Monday - Friday.

ISOLATION AREA: Primary bedroom (located on the left side of the hallway)
The facility is a single-story home owned by the Applicants. The home consists of living room, dining area, kitchen, one (1) full bathroom, primary bedroom (used only as an isolation area), napping room for infants (located at end of hallway), sons bedroom (used for school age children), covered patio, backyard, and garage.
This home was granted a fire clearance on 12/20/2024 from the Alameda County Fire Department with the condition of the garage remaining off limits.
The inside of the home was observed to be neat, clean with ample age-appropriate materials for the children’s learning and play. All toxins, cleaning products, and hazardous materials were observed to be in inaccessible areas. All off-limit areas in the home have been made inaccessible with locks. Applicants stated they provide all bedding for the children. Applicants provide sleeping cots and play yards for the children.
