A case management inspection was conducted on 12/12/2022 at 2:30pm by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Laura Chavez. The visit is a follow-up to the inspection made to the facility on 9/12/2022. LPA met with Site Supervisor Amanda Rico.

During today's inspection LPA observed the changing table located in the Toddler II classroom located within arms reach of a sink. The bathroom which is located between the Toddler II classroom and the Preschool classroom has been divided by means of a half wall. There is one toilet and one sink available for toddlers and two sinks and two toilets available for preschool age children.

The facility is approved for 30 toddlers and 27 preschool age children.

An exit interview was conducted with Site Supervisor Amanda Rico.

Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
