25 | On 9/24/24 at 2:31pm, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Erica Laird. Operating hours are 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 1:35pm inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified.
Two staff were supervising 15 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with gravel and wood chips and free of hazards.
5 children's records were reviewed at 2:32pm. Two staff records were reviewed at 2:37pm.
There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.

Facility was representative was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
