25 | On 2/07/24 at 10:11am, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), E. Laird. Operating hours 2:30am-5:30pm, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 10:20am inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. Facility operates in the back of a house. Entrance to facility is located at the back of the driveway.
Three teachers were present. There were no school age children present during the inspection. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with pea gravel and rubber mats and free of hazards.
Five children's records were reviewed at 10:14am. Two staff records were reviewed at 10:21am.
There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection.

Facility representative was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
