On 11/17/23 @ 2:24pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) E. Laird conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA Laird met with facility owner and administrator Erica Metzen to discuss lead testing results.

Erica supplied LPA Laird with the LIC 9276, LIC 9275, facility sketch, and the lead testing results which reflected no lead exceedances.

There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. A copy of this report was provided to the facility representative.

A Notice of Site Visit was given and shall remain posted for 30 days.
