On 5/24/24 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Monica Mathur and Kareeca Sykes conducted a Case Management inspection at Northcreek Preschool and met with Director, Julie Dalman.

The preschool program is located in the premises of Northcreek Elementary School. Director has requested use of additional areas in the Elementary School campus for occasional use by preschool children. Purpose of today's visit is to inspect and approve the additional areas. The following areas located in the Family Ministries Center (FMC) requested for occasional use: CHAPEL, LIBRARY, GYMNASIUM and BATHROOMS

Chapel will be used twice a year for programs at end of the school year (in May) and Christmas time.
Library will be used once or twice a year around April/May for the outgoing Pre-K class to tour, read a book, familiarize with the library before starting elementary school year.
Gymnasium to be used occasionally during rainy days for gross motor skills when and extra play space when outdoor playground is not usable.
Boys/Girls bathrooms in the hallway if needed when children are using any of the above rooms.
LPAs inspected and toured the areas with the Director, observed they are safe and secure and free of hazards and took pictures. Director is reminded that 100% visual supervision is required at all times. Additional spaces are approved for use by preschool children on an occasional basis only.

No deficiency was cited today. This report of reviewed with Director, Julie Dalman. A Notice of Site Visit was given, must be posted for 30 days.
